Creating A Coaching Culture

While this expression has gained currency The School of Coaching’s position is that a culture cannot be exclusively about coaching, instead we work with our clients to create the vision, values, skills and behaviours consistent with coaching and more importantly, the needs and aims of the organisation - in order to generate the required business result.

Every intervention of this type is unique and having said that it is likely to contain some of the following elements:

  • Team coaching for the leadership group.
    (This may be the executive team of the organisation or the leadership team of a division or unit)
  • Executive coaching for key individuals.
  • Developing the coaching skills in the leadership population.
  • Building internal coaching capability.
