Coaching Development for In-house Coaches

We have worked with some clients to develop an internal cadre of coaches. This request is typically driven by a high level of demand for coaching and/or a desire to develop a coaching culture – in the later case particularly where there is a need to have a common approach and language. 

The School of Coaching has two linked offerings:

• Train the Coach Trainer.
• Coach Training.

Coach Training is typically a version of The School’s flagship Coach’s Programme and is followed up with supervision for the coaches as they begin coaching.

Train the Coach Trainer enables the coaches to develop coaching skills in the leadership and management populations of the client organisation.

Train the Coach Trainer Programme requires participants to have attended Coach Training. This is then  followed by an Assessment process, training as facilitators in The School of Coaching’s approach, co-delivery of skills programmes within the client organisation alongside a member of The School of Coaching’s Faculty, final assessment and then on-going supervision.
