For much of 2004/5 The School of Coaching delivered an extensive programme of
work for the management teams of all the business units of Lloyds TSB. The work
involved helping teams to understand how coaching skills could enhance the performance
of their units and contribute to a change in culture at those senior levels.
The programme had a number of "opt-in" configurations designed to suit the needs
and interests of the business units including follow-up one-to-one coaching
sessions and more intensive team coaching sessions run by the programme leaders.
