All of The School's Bespoke Programmes aim to develop coaching skills. The programmes are designed to enable leaders & managers to enhance the performance of colleagues and peers in a wide range of environments, to deal with change more effectively and to hold challenging performance-related conversations with confidence.

Many of our Bespoke Programmes look at the interplay between leadership, management and coaching in different organisational contexts. The overall effectiveness of leaders and managers is enhanced through a clear understanding of how these three domains interact and when best to bring coaching skills to bear.
