Team Coaching Workshop
Myles Downey leads this two-day workshop, exploring how the principles of one-to-one coaching can be applied to those of coaching a team.

Many coaches operate solely on a one to one basis.  However, it is sometimes the case that to effect lasting change the coach needs to work with the team of which the individuals are a part.  In addition, so much in organisation depends upon the effective functioning of a variety of different types of teams and to be able to work with that essential resource can be crucial.  Team coaching also offers the intrinsic enjoyment of working with teams which can be a complex, challenging and vibrant environment.  This workshop will get you started in working with teams as a coach.

The day will be a combination of the experiential and practical.  It will aim to draw upon the participants own experience, expertise and knowledge, as well as the key models of team coaching.

9am to 5pm, 18 & 19 June. Fee £1000 plus VAT

The Inner and Outer Game of Coaching Workshop
Tim Gallwey’s Inner Game theory has always been a core philosophy of The School of Coaching. Over the past couple of years, Myles Downey has been increasingly engaged in developing the application of that philosophy in relation to coaching.

This workshop is an opportunity for Myles to share some of his latest thinking about both the inner and outer game of coaching. It will help participants move beyond the directive/non-directive spectrum and identify the mental state in which coach and coachee perform to their best. The day is designed for coaches who are looking for new insights in order to raise their game. The workshop will revisit some key inner game models, teach techniques for engaging self two, and include a demonstration of inner game coaching.
