Chris, an alumnus of the School, has created a diverse approach to coaching, developed through his skills and experience in front line business roles, the armed services and the charitable sector.

He set up his own team and executive coaching consultancy, Quando Development in 2003 and has worked with a variety of clients at senior levels in both the public and private sectors, including M & G Investments, Red Bull, M & S and the Hanover Foundation.

Previously Chris was an officer in the British Army from 1989-96, serving with the Royal Green Jackets. He has also worked in business development and general management roles, most recently with Associated Newspapers and Associated New Media.

Chris has an MBA from the London Business School, a BA (Hons) from SOAS and is an accredited practitioner in a variety of psychometric instruments including Belbin Team Roles and the Insights Discovery System.
