Sue Delafons
Sue is an executive coach and consultant in strategic change, with extensive experience at board level and with senior management in the UK, US and Europe.

She designs and leads major one-to-one coaching programmes for clients of the School, as well as having her own coaching and consultancy practice.

Sue has worked across a variety of sectors, in senior management roles including Account Director at Saatchi & Saatchi, and Vice-President and Head of the UK Strategy practice at Gemini Consulting (formerly the MAC Group). As Head of Gemini's global Transformation Unit, she acted as a coach to clients and project teams worldwide.

Clients have included EDF Energy, O2, Tesco, Pilkington, British Airways, Nationwide, Kodak, BT,Marks & Spencer, The National Trust, Forum for the Future, City University, SE England Development Agency, Accenture and Deloitte. Sue has an MBA from London Business School and an MA in Modern History from Cambridge University. She qualified as an executive coach through the School of Coaching (University of Strathclyde), and is also a Myers Briggs accredited practitioner.
