Judith Firman Judith is an experienced executive business coach working with individuals and teams both in the UK and Europe. She has been a member of the faculty since its inception and continues to deliver both open and bespoke client programmes at the School.

She is a UKCP registered psychotherapist, an accredited supervisor of business coaches, Inspired Leadership CoachT. and co-director of the Zentrum fur Psychosynthese in Bern, Switzerland. She is on the register of coaches for the Clore Leadership Programme and is a qualified CSTD coaching supervisor.

Her clients have included Egg, PWC and their clients, NHS, AON, Bank of Ireland, Zopa, EDF, Kingfisher, BHP Billiton and Rolls- Royce. For 18 years she was the co-director of The Psychosynthesis and Education Trust, London, where she developed and implemented training courses for the UK and also worked extensively in Switzerland, Holland and Germany. She was in private practice as a psychotherapist and supervisor for 25 years. Prior to this she worked for IBM, the Automobile Association and Jaeger.
