Mike is a leadership coach and mentor. He has over 20 years' experience working with senior executives to increase their leadership effectiveness, improve their personal and business performance and accelerate the achievement of corporate vision.

Mike leads the School's open programmes and co-delivers our bespoke client programmes.

Mike runs Mentoring for Change and works with the Centre for Creative Leadership in Brussels on their leadership development programmes. He also works with other coaches and mentors as a supervisor, helping them ensure the quality of their work and supporting their professional development.

He is a Professional Certified Coach with the International Coach Federation, has a Diploma in Psychosynthesis Counselling, is a fellow of the RSA and a Certified Management Consultant. Mike is a founding member of the Association for Professional Executive Coaching and Supervision (APECS) and is MBTI qualified.
