Contracting
Discussions between the coach, the person being coached (the coachee) and the organisational representative who has commissioned the programme (the 'client') during which the objectives for the programme are agreed. This ensures clarity of expectations and agreed outcomes.
Feedback from Colleagues
The feedback can be collected through various routes, such as questionnaires or interviews with peers, direct reporting lines and superiors. The results of this feedback are discussed and used to enhance the first formal coaching session.
Formal & Informal Coaching Sessions
Your coach is also available between formal sessions for short informal telephone discussions.
Review
Two individual review sessions take place, one at the half-way point to establish how the programme is progressing and one after the final session. Each consists of a one hour round-table meeting between the client, the coachee and the coach.
