Dubai based executive coach, Doug Lambert has 26 years of senior executive experience at Board level, with a leading international petroleum company. He has a proven track record of successfully enabling senior executives in high profile demanding jobs to significantly improve their effectiveness and realize their full potential.

Doug’s client base includes senior executives and Dubai government officials at Chairman, Under Secretary, CEO, MD, Vice President and Director level with industry leaders such as Merrill Lynch, Dubai Holding, Dubai World, Emirates and Jumeirah Group. Doug also works as an Executive Leadership Consultant with Dubai Holding and coaches and mentors many of their future leaders.
