The School runs a Coach's Programme and an
Executive programme.
We believe coaching can only become an intrinsic, highly developed skill, by
being practised extensively. Our primary learning vehicle is a suite of skill-building
workshops, in which participants learn by doing, under the tutelage of our
programme leaders. This is supported by one-to-one coaching support and extensive
practice in the participant's place of work, which helps to build the long-term
resilience needed to support participants in their day-to-day work.
The
Coach's Programme is designed for managers and professionals who wish to develop the skills to
coach professionally, with an ability to coach at senior levels within organisations.
Our
Executive Programme is designed to enable leaders and managers to improve the performance of their
colleagues and peers in a wide range of environments, to deal with change more
effectively and to confidently engage in challenging performance related conversations.
