The Executive Programme is designed to enable leaders and managers to improve the performance of their colleagues and peers in a wide range of environments, to deal with change more effectively and to confidently engage in challenging performance-related conversations.

This programme builds participants coaching skills through the use of the School's i-ic model and explores the interplay between leadership, management and coaching in different organisational contexts.
