Professional Sport

This one day Masterclass will give participants an introduction to the coaching dynamic skills covered in the full Masterclass series. In addition, it will be an opportunity to network, share experiences with other professional coaches from diverse sports, and to exchange and collaborate on new ideas with like-minded professionals.

The purpose of the Masterclass series is to develop long term, high quality, performance based professional coaching skills ‘beyond the pitch’ - resulting in a substantial Return on Investment (ROI) for the club, the coach and the player.

"This style of coaching will challenge the traditional directive approach used by many in a sporting setting. To understand, learn and then implement a more nondirective approach for the benefit of the task over the coach’s ego does not replace but compliments your skill set as a coach working in elite professional sport."

"The day was well put together with the practical sessions providing the reference point to transfer this style of coaching into football."
