Lynne-Marie previously led international consulting businesses based in Singapore and UK focused on Coaching and Customer Experience Management and has led operational and consulting teams responsible for major business investment, start-up and launch across the globe. Previous clients include Virgin Management and Virgin Mobile India, which achieved Best Brand and Customer Experience Award in 2009.

Prior to her career in consulting Lynne-Marie was CCO for Virgin in Asia, Director of Business Development Level 3 Asia and Director for Global Operations for Cable and Wireless. She has coached, managed and lead teams of over 1,000 people globally.

Lynne-Marie studied an MBA with Henley Management College and has a post graduate diploma in Personnel and Training Management. She is currently studying neurosciences and the impacts of stress and anxiety on individuals and performance.

Lynne-Marie coaches teams and individuals at executive levels, trains senior leaders in coaching skills and delivers on The School’s flagship Coach’s Programme.

She has lived and worked all over the world in business sectors ranging from telecommunications, hotel and leisure, oil and gas, retail, media and the public sector. Recent clients include, Veolia Environment, BSkyB, NFU Mutual, Virgin Management, Kuits and the NHS.
