United Kingdom ICF Accredited Coach's Programme

We develop professional coaches of quality and integrity who transform the performance of individuals in business. Our Coach's Programme is designed for managers and professionals wishing to develop the skills to coach professionally, with an ability to coach at senior levels within organisations.

Senior Practitioner Coach's Programme (with extensive coaching practice)
Our flagship Coach’s Programme gives participants a unique opportunity to explore and develop their coaching style and become fluent practitioners. Since coaching is a skill that can only be learned through practise and feedback, The School’s programme has a high level of practical content. The Coach's Programme consists of nine onsite learning workshops based over 11 days in addition to a pre- and post-programme one-to-one. Each programme consists of a small, close-knit group of peers (maximum 12) who, together with the programme leaders, create a stimulating, challenging and performance-focussed learning community for the duration of the programme. QUOTE-LEFT.png I attended the Coach's Programme and found it to be professional, business focused and capable of developing really effective non-directive coaching skill. Having established a relationship with The School I have subsequently used them in-house - to both develop coaching capability and to team coach. I have always found The School to be helpful and results focused irrespective of goal, group or geography.QUOTE-right.png
