United Kingdom Leadership Coaching Programme
The Leadership Coaching Programme transforms good managers into great leaders by developing and embedding coaching capabilities into your leadership style. The programme has been designed for leaders who have at least five years experience, and who want to make a step change in the performance of both themselves and their team.
Three Key Shifts
The programme enables participants to make three key shifts. The first is the shift from thinking of themselves as managers responsible for overseeing the day-to-day activities of a team, to thinking of themselves as leaders who are responsible for inspiring others to perform to their best. The second key shift is to greater self-awareness and the final shift is for participants to integrate coaching into their leadership role.

Certification
Participants who successfully complete the programme and complete a written portfolio gain a Certificate of Performance in Coaching Practice, which is awarded jointly by The School of Coaching and the University of Strathclyde.
